Call Recorder Professional is the upgraded version of call recorder express that has extra features that provides an enhanced call recording solutions. The Xarios Call Recorder professional can be used to resolve disputes with a customer with the authentication check and display icon which will validate the recording has not been tampered with when the recording is being played.

Each recording has its own unique encrypted digital signature which is used to verify that the recording is genuine. Compared to the Xarios Express The Professional edition has upgraded features. Some of these features allow you to archive recording and also to send recordings in an e-mail. The Call record player has a time line so you can highlight areas of a call.

Authentication

Working with an industry trusted Certificate Authority the Xarios Call Recorder provides an encrypted signature for recordings to ensure that they are genuine and have not been tampered with or altered.

Timeline of Events

When playing back a recording through the media player, the recorder positions automatic and custom markers on the playback bar to allow the user to identify specific events during the call and jump straight to them. Events such as Account Codes being entered or a call being put on hold are automatically marked. Additionally, custom markers can be added to a recording by the user anytime during playback.

For Example: During a call an agent may take sensitive information from the caller regarding a contract or credit card details. By entering an Account Code on the call at this time, the place in the call where the transaction took place is automatically marked for future reference.

Archiving

Calls can be archived to DVD RAM media or local / network hard disk for real time playback. Recordings are cached locally even after archiving so that as many recordings as possible can be replayed without having to go searching for archived discs.

Flagging

Calls can be flagged by supervisors on playback. When flagging the call, notation can be added to remind the supervisor why that call was significant. On the search filter, the supervisor has the option to retrieve only the flagged calls, simply search for flagged calls for that particular agent. This feature is useful for marking calls of significance such as customer complaints.

Email Recording

Xarios Call Recorder lets you email recordings. For security reasons when emailing a recording, it can only be emailed internally to your organisation before being forwarded externally.

Status View

The status of the Xarios Call Recorder is presented to the user after log in via the web server home page. This displays the status of the system. Hard Disk details show the space remaining. The server status view shows the status of the recorder and archiver and includes details of storage on the Network.

Multiple User Profiles

Xarios Call Recorder maintains a table of login accounts that contains the permissions of the supervisor. The user profile used at login can be restricted to show only the call recordings that the supervisor is permitted to view and is an ideal way of setting up teams of staff in a call centre that are monitored by a team leader.
