Xarios Call Recording Express
Xarios Call Recorder Express is the entry level product which is aimed at small businesses that only require basic recording without permanent storage. The Call Recorder Express will capture 120 days of calls and save them for immediate playback.
To make searching for a particular conversation quicker and easier call recorder express stores additional information for each call. The default file types for all recorded calls are .wav at 100KB per minute but there are various formats available.

Call Recorder Express not only records audio information, but also stores a variety of information about each call. The following fields are stored by default:
- DDI
- Caller ID
- Extension number
- Agent ID
- Speed dial name
- Hunt group
- Time
- Line
- Account Code
Search & Playback
Searching for calls is done by logging onto the Call Recorder Express web page via Microsoft Internet Explorer. The search page displays a list of filters which can be used to pinpoint the particular call or range of calls you require. Clicking the desired entry then replays the call through Windows Media Player.
Xarios Specification
Call Recorder Express is deployed on a Hewlett Packard ProLiant ML110 G4 tower server. The recording capacity is restricted to 120 days.Client PC Requirements
The PC used to connect to the Call Recorder website requires the following components:
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or higher with JavaScript enabled
- Windows™ Media Player 10 or higher
- Sound card and speakers / headphones
- The PC must also have IP connectivity to the Call Recorder server.
