Oak RecordX Standard

The Oak RecordX Standard Call Recording solution is suitable for small businesses. Depending on the model you purchase it can support ISDN30e, ISDN2e and SIP (VoIP) telephone lines.

Recorded Lines

The RecordX Standard Edition can store up to 1,000,000 phone calls located on a single site and is compatible with ISDN30e, ISDN2e and Analogue phone systems.

Searching Calls

The Oak RecordX Standard Edition can search for particular calls using criteria such as date, time, duration as well as dialled number and direction. All phone calls that are stored can be extracted as an MP3 or WAV file and e-mailed to another party.

FSA

This Recorder will tag the number called along with the DDI where the call originated. The RecordX Standard is fully compliant with the rules and regulations of the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and has a user defined security policies. Encryption

Call Logging Integration

Oak ReportX can be integrated with Oak's Call Logging Software (ReportX) to run graphical reports on a range of data taken directly from RecordX. This can be used in turn to identify any training needs for individuals who are not performing up to standard.
