Oak RecordX Premium
The Oak RecordX Premium is the mid range Call Recording package from Oak that has extra security and features. As far as recording extensions are concerned it is parallel with the Standard Call Recorder and can handle uo to 30 extensions on a SIP (ISDN30e) line, but the Premium has selective recording and deletion features which will helps businesses to monitor various members of staff.
Recorded Lines
The Record PremiumX has the added bonus of recording individual extensions that are on digital, analogue or VoIP phone systems. As well as being able to search through all recording conversations you are able to add & search flags for particular conversations.
File Formats
The Oak RecordX Premium has the feature of extracting phone calls as MP3 or WAV files you can place markers to a recorded call with labels but to also add search able notes with the timeline.
Security Policies
The Oak PremiumX Call Recorder has integrated SMDR which is a tracking and reporting system which will collate a list of incoming calls and the extension that received that call. Extra security is included with the PremiumX Call Recorder such as multiple user defined security policies and PCI DSS compliant - credit card.

Call Logging Integration
Oak ReportX can be integrated with Oak's Call Logging Software (ReportX) to run graphical reports on a range of data taken directly from RecordX. This can be used in turn to identify any training needs for individuals who are not performing up to standard.
