How it Works
Oak RecordX deflects any mobile phone calls back to a service provider where the call recording is started, the service provider then returns the call back to the mobile phone for the call to complete. A small piece of software is installed onto each mobile phone for all this to happen but there isn't a delay in the phone call each process is seamless and in an instant.
Playing back the recorded mobile phone calls is the same as any standard recorded calls via the standard user interface. Both fixed line and mobile phone calls are seamlessly integrated into the same application for ease of use.
