The Oak RecordX Enterprise is the top of the range Call Recorder for large businesses that can be used on multiple sites and record an unlimited number of phone calls.

Recorded Lines

The Oak RecordX Enterprise edition can handle up to 480 extensions on a ISDN30e (SIP) and record each exstentionon a VoIP/IP line and has selective recording and deletion features.

Oak RecordX Enterprise has the same featues as the Premium RecordX but you can search for recorded calls by department (when used in conjunction with report) and CRM & custom fields.

Security Settings

The Oak RecordX Enterprise has a custom database that includes customer record management. The security settings can be managed on a site by site basis or certain individuals have access across multiple sites as well as their own.

The RecordX Enterprise is fully compliant with the rules and regulations of the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and has a user defined security policies. All Call recording software comes with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) that encrypts all electronic data on your call recording software.

Call Logging Integration

Oak ReportX can be integrated with Oak's Call Logging Software (ReportX) to run graphical reports on a range of data taken directly from RecordX. This can be used in turn to identify any training needs for individuals who are not performing up to standard.
