What is Mobile Call Recording? It's interesting, we only recently found out.. I was recently contacted by our regional business manager from one of our key suppliers. He explained that although we sell lots and lots of his ISDN call recorders that he could now record staff mobile calls. Up until recently mobile phone call recording was virtually impossible without spending huge amounts of money and even then its wasn't very slick.

So what is mobile call recording? In simple terms here at Denwa Communications we are a call recording company and supplier which have the ability to offer all companies whether they are FSA regulated or not a mobile call recording solution. Mobile call recording allows you to record the calls of staff and anyone else using mobile phones. Whether they be on the Orange network, T Mobile, Vodafone or O2.

How does call recording work? We install a Mobile Call Recording server which has a connection to the regular BT telephone network. Normally via ISDN2e or ISDN30 which are quality digital telephone lines which can easily be recorded using our solutions.

We then install a mobile phone recording software onto the mobile phone and when the user or staff member makes a call the software activates a second call to our mobile call recording server. The second call is made to the mobile call recording server and is recorded just like a normal business call recording solution, thus giving you complete call recording and traceability for search and playback.
