Mitel Call Recording

Mitel does have a call recording solution built into the phone system but it is a very basic solution. if you are a call centre or a large business you would be better off purchasing a seperate Call Recording Solution that includes more features that would be better suited to your needs.

Mitel have a strong partnership with Xarios and their Call Recording Solution has been developed my solution in mind but Oak does have a solution that is compatible with Mitel Phone Systems and may be better suited to certain businesses.
