Does anyone know what call recorder is best for my call centre?

I have an Inter-Tel 5000 phone system with Callview call management software, 100 users and 3 x ISDN30 circuits.

I hear Xarios might be the best product, has anyone worked with a Xarios Call Recorder before?

Call centre Call Recording solutions are pretty expensive. Firstly you need to draw up your exact requirements, this could save you a lot of varied quotes and probably save you hundreds if not thousands on the price of your new call centre call recorder.

The high tickets items seem to be:

- extension matching
- pci compliance
- call scoring
- multiple user playback
- rack mounted servers as opposed to tower servers

hope this helps save you a few quid, if you buy from Denwa you will get a good service and a reliable product.
