Hiya,

I have just been awarded a contract involving Defence Logistical Solutions and as such I need a method of recording all calls to ensure accurate dispatch of equipments in a timely manner. Added to this, the system needs to be secure due to the nature of the work. At the moment we work from a small office although we will be looking to expand in the near future.

What Call Recording solutions would you recommend?

If your business is rapidly growing then I would recommend the Oak Call Recorder enterprise, beacuse you can set an unlimited amount of defined security policies, plus all calls are encrypted and tamperproof with 448 bit encryption so it is the bees knees. If you are not growing to a huge amount then go for the premium edition but you can only record 30 isdn line with the enterprise you can record 480. I'm not sure if any of the Xarios Call Recorders have similar or etter security.
