If you have an Avaya telephone system, specifically the Avaya IP Office model then you have a couple of options if you need Call Recording.
Option 1
Buy the Avaya voice mail professional software, load it on a pc and record by extension, ddi, hunt group etc programmable via the avaya manager tool. You can only record as many calls as you have voice mail ports. This can get expensive and quickly use up your voice mail resources, plus to get play back and easy searching you need avaya contact store which costs extra!
Option 2
